All cats and kittens available for adoption from the Rosebud
Society are spayed/neutered before they go to their new homes. All are also
microchipped, vaccinated, treated for worms and other parasites, and have
been checked by a veterinarian. We also routinely test for the feline
leukemia virus, and in some cases for the feline immune deficiency virus
(feline AIDS).
Many of our kittens have been hand raised and bottle fed,
which makes them extremely sociable. We try to make certain all
kittens have been adequately handled so they are friendly and used to
people.
The adult cats that we have are generally with us long enough for
us to get a true sense of their personalities, so we are able to "match up"
our kitties with potential new owners. We will also in some cases accept a
deposit to reserve that "special kitten" that may not be ready to go home
yet.

of rapid turnover, we are not able always able to post new animals on the
website. Please call and we will be happy to provide you with information
on current availability of cats/kittens. Remember, we frequently have
purebred young adult cats, as well as many beautiful mixed breed cats and
kittens.
