Founder Christine Manahan has been active in feline rescue and placement in the San Diego area for over 10 years.
Ms. Manahan has been recognized for her work in saving feline lives by The San Diego County Board of Supervisors and the San Diego Department of Animal Control. She has also received numerous community awards including the Channel 10 Leadership award.
The Rosebud Society was legally founded in 1999 as an IRS tax exempt 501 (c) (3) charitable organization to facilitate the adoption process and to assist in the fund raising that is a necessary part of animal rescue.
The Rosebud Society and Ms. Manahan have been responsible for saving many hundreds of feline lives during the past decade. |
